Refund Policy

30 days, no questions

If Hindcast is not what you expected, ask for a refund within 30 days of buying it and you will get one. You do not have to explain why.

How to ask

Write to [email protected] from the address you bought with, or use the link on your Paddle receipt. Guo Taihang sells Hindcast; Paddle is the merchant of record and processes the refund to the payment method you used.

You do not have to uninstall the app, and asking for a refund does not delete anything on your Mac.

After 30 days

A refund after 30 days is at our discretion, but the licence keeps working either way: the version you bought is yours, and nothing on your Mac is switched off if a refund is given.
